Tournament Information
Get ready for an unforgettable hockey experience on the stunning Sunshine Coast of BC! By submitting your online application, you're taking the first step toward an action-packed tournament, but keep in mind that acceptance isn't automatic. Don't worry—if your team isn't selected, your payment will be promptly refunded.
If life throws a curveball and your team can't make it after being accepted, please notify us right away! Teams that cancel within three weeks of the tournament may forfeit their entry fee or face a $500 penalty, depending on whether we can find another team to step in. All teams that withdrawl from the tournament will face a $500 penalty and no spots will be help without the $500 deposit.
To ensure everything runs smoothly, please submit your official BC Hockey Team Roster to the Tournament Chair or designated official before the tournament.
Final acceptance will be confirmed once SCMHA has received both your application and payment. Remember, teams are selected based on the applications received, usually a couple of months before the tournament, so get yours in early!

In consideration of being accepted to participate in a SCMHA tournament, related events and activities, the applicant agrees on behalf of the attending team, that SCMHA will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss however caused and hereby releases and holds harmless SCMHA , their officers, directors, coaches, players, agents and/or employees, other participants, arena officials and owners, sponsors and advertisers with respect to any and all injury, disability, or loss to person or property, whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise.
Extra Fees for teams outside of BC: ( please select the appropriate division fee )
Add $75. for teams outside of Canada.
Add $50. for teams outside of BC.

Accommodation information
Tournaments will be played at both the Sechelt and Gibsons arenas, with the exception of U13A, which is primarily in Gibsons.
